This Policy covers all prompts, requests and AI-generated images created, stored or used through NBNA. Operator: zhongyao, China. Reports and appeals: support@nanobanana-generator.com. It forms part of the Terms of Service at /terms.
Pornography / NSFW
sexually explicit content, pornography, sexual exploitation or images intended primarily for sexual arousal. Adult status does not make prohibited sexual content acceptable.
Violence / gore
graphic injury, mutilation, dismemberment, torture, extreme gore or content encouraging or glorifying serious violence.
Hate speech
dehumanizing attacks, hateful intimidation, symbols or imagery used to promote hatred, discrimination or violence against protected groups.
Child-unsafe content
any sexualized depiction or exploitation of a minor, child sexual abuse material, grooming, trafficking or content promoting abuse or harm to children. Fictional or AI-generated status does not create an exception.
Deepfakes / impersonation
synthetic content impersonating a real person, misleading viewers about identity or authenticity, fabricating endorsements, or depicting a person's likeness without the required permission. Non-consensual sexual imagery is strictly prohibited.
Copyright / trademark infringement
unauthorized reproductions or uses that infringe protected works, trademarks, brand identities or other intellectual-property rights. You must have the rights required for your input and intended output use.
Additional prohibited conduct
Do not create unlawful threats, terrorism or extremist propaganda, fraud, deceptive advertisements, harassment, privacy violations or content facilitating serious harm. Do not describe AI-generated images as verified photographs of real events or authorized endorsements when they are not. Do not bypass moderation, hide prohibited instructions in prompts, automate abusive accounts or evade bans and rate limits.
Screening and review
Before creating a new generation job, our server sends the complete intended prompt to Waffo's prompt-screening service with semantic enforcement. Only an allowed, non-degraded result proceeds. Blocked, review-required, unavailable or malformed results do not reach Kie through that request and do not consume a generation credit. The final prompt is bound to a server-held approval record; clients cannot supply their own approval. Kie supplies image generation. NBNA does not represent that it runs a separate Waffo image-output scanner or that upstream filtering guarantees a violation-free image. Automated prompt screening has limitations. We review reports and flagged concerns manually and can restrict access to violating assets or accounts. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs and complying with this Policy before using or sharing them.
Reports
Email support@nanobanana-generator.com with the subject Content report, your account email where applicable, the task or asset ID, the relevant category and a concise explanation. Rights holders may include a lawful reference and evidence of their rights. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, identity documents or illegal image attachments. Serious child-safety or imminent-harm reports receive priority review; contact competent authorities directly for emergencies rather than relying on this service as an emergency channel.
Enforcement and appeals
We may refuse generation, warn users, restrict asset access, suspend service or ban accounts after reviewing severity, evidence and repeated conduct. We may preserve necessary evidence or respond to lawful authority requests. We do not promise automatic forfeiture of paid balances or cash refunds for promotional credits. Fraudulent rewards, payment disputes and unused paid rights are reconciled against the ledger and applicable policy/legal requirements rather than through arbitrary balance clearing. To appeal, email support with the account email, task ID or screening reference if available, and the reason you believe the decision was mistaken. Appeals are reviewed manually. Do not create replacement accounts to evade an active restriction. We do not promise a 24/7 moderation team or a fixed response time that our staffing cannot support.
