Information and purposes
We process account email and profile information, authentication/session records, prompts, generation jobs and results, credit transactions and order records, and limited technical/security information. We use them to run the service, authenticate users, fulfill paid entitlements, recover generation tasks, provide support and prevent abuse. Do not submit sensitive or confidential information in prompts. We do not collect card credentials in the generator itself.
Providers and locations
The selected infrastructure is Vercel hosting, Neon database, Cloudflare R2 private storage and Turnstile registration checks, and Kie for image generation. Waffo/Pancake will handle checkout when enabled. Providers may process data in multiple countries under their own terms. The provisioned Neon database region is AWS US East (Northern Virginia); that fact is not a guarantee that all processing remains in the United States. Provider transfer safeguards and the controller jurisdiction need review before a final notice is published.
Retention criteria
Generated image availability is limited to 30 days from first successful private-storage write, with asynchronous bucket cleanup. Account and session records are kept to maintain the account and secure active sessions. Necessary purchase, credit and generation-task records may remain after image expiry or an account deletion request while required for entitlements, unresolved jobs, disputes, fraud prevention or legal obligations. We review the ongoing need for such records rather than promising immediate erasure or an unimplemented fixed purge schedule.
Deletion, access and objections
Contact support to request account information, correction or deletion, or object to processing, subject to identity verification and the rights applicable to your circumstances. Do not send a password to verify ownership. Some records must remain for unresolved obligations or applicable legal requirements. You may contact the competent privacy authority where applicable. No self-service account erasure feature is promised.
Cookies and optional services
Authentication uses essential session cookies. Tab-local storage preserves a prompt or pending request without automatically generating again. Turnstile performs registration checks. Google sign-in, marketing mailing lists, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Sentry are not enabled by this release plan. Optional tracking will require a separate policy/configuration review before activation.
