Nano Banana Generator Team
Nano Banana Generator is an independent AI image-generation service presented by the Nano Banana Generator Team. This team name is a public service label, not a claim of incorporation or affiliation with Google. Contact: support@nanobanana-generator.com. These terms are a draft pending operator identity, provider and jurisdiction review.
Accounts and use
You must be at least 18 and use an email-and-password account. Keep your credentials secure. Do not submit content you lack permission to use, confidential data, unlawful content, or content intended to abuse people or the service. Do not automate account creation, bypass checks, resell access, or exploit signup rewards. We may restrict abusive accounts; disputed restrictions can be reviewed through support.
Generation and output
This release uses Nano Banana 2.1 through Kie at 1K and supports 1:1, 16:9 and 9:16. Prompts are sent to the provider. Generation time, accuracy, text rendering and exact dimensions are not guaranteed. Review output before using it. We do not guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity or freedom from third-party claims. Use is subject to your input rights, applicable law and the model provider terms.
Credits and purchases
New accounts receive 3 promotional credits once. Each generation, including an intentional regeneration, costs 1 credit. One-time USD packs are Starter: $4.99 for 20 credits; Pro: $9.99 for 50; Creator: $19.99 for 120. Credits do not expire and there is no automatic renewal. Taxes and the final payable amount, where applicable, must be shown before payment. Purchasing is available only when checkout is enabled. Changes to future prices do not change existing frozen purchase terms.
Failed or uncertain generation
A confirmed failed generation returns its credit once. A slow, timed-out or uncertain submission is not automatically treated as failure; it is reconciled against the accepted provider task. Do not submit repeated requests to recover a pending job. Credit compensation and a payment refund are separate processes.
Images and deletion
Images are available for 30 days after their first successful private-storage write. Download originals for permanent personal storage. Delete hides an owned image and blocks new service downloads and previews; physical bucket cleanup is asynchronous. Previously issued short-lived download links may remain usable until expiry.
Service changes and closure
Credits without an expiry date do not guarantee perpetual service operation. For a planned permanent closure, our proposed operating policy is to give at least 30 days of notice through available account contact and a site notice, offer image export during that period and review unused paid credits for refund based on the relevant purchase record. Promotional credits have no cash value. Emergency security or legal restrictions may require earlier suspension. Applicable mandatory rights are not waived.
